Episode 35: Under the Skin and Starman


This week, Mike and Sean talk about Jonathan Glazer's eerie new movie Under the Skin and John Carpenter's underrated 1984 film Starman. They also can't help discussing Jim Jarmusch's latest, Only Lovers Left Alive.     I watched it this weekend and the first thing I researched was Under the Skin and Starman.

    It would be a total Film Study 101 topic.

    They even allude to Starman with the pie scene, which is not a Dutch Apple Pie moment.

    If Kubrick make Starman...this would be the closest thing to it.
